MySat Shipping & Returns Policy

Thanks for your interest in the products of MySat. MySat provides home gadgets (the “Physical Product” or “Product”).

Keep in mind that we cannot ship your MySatorder to a different country than your billing address or the mailing address on your order. Also we’re not shipping to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centers, airports or hotels.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.

The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

– Incorrect shipping address;

– Shipping address that does not match the billing address;

– Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address;

– Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions); or

– Customs clearance procedures.

*Please use your shipment tracking number to confirm the delivery date of your package by visiting carrier’s website or following the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email you received from MySat.

Warranty Limitations A current list of official resellers is provided below. Purchasing from one of these stores entails dedicated customer support and a 10 years limited warranty. Please see our Warranty (лінк) section for more information.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase as per the marketplace/retail store return policies.

45 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

In case you made your purchase through mysatkit.com and/or through official resellers and you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 45 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our team within 45 days of your purchase date by contacting support@mysatkit.com.

• Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

• All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

• The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve.

Additional terms and conditions:

• Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

• You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to MySat.

The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for MySat to credit your account.
