MySat Warranty Policy

Thanks for your interest in the products of MySat. MySat provides home gadgets (the “Physical Product” or “Product”).

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. To find out the right way to do it, please visit the Shipping & Returns (link на сторінку) section of our website.

This Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for MySat.

MySat warrants the MySat-branded product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user (“Warranty Period”).

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, MySat will either:

(1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or

(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of this product, is nontransferable and states the exclusive right of the purchaser to remedy.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to an address specified by MySat. In accordance with applicable law, MySat may require that you furnish proof of purchase from the official distributor (please visit the Shipping & Returns (лінк) section of the Mysat website for an up-to-date list), additional details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.

It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and MySat will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
