About Your MySat Order: Our Apologies and Next Steps

Dear MySat friends,

At the end of December, we successfully overcame all production-related challenges; however, an issue has arisen with customs clearance. Our delivery partner is doing their best to speed up the customs process, but unfortunately, there are currently no clear timelines. We sincerely hope this will be resolved in the coming days.

As a result, none of the orders placed in December or this month have been shipped yet. As soon as the kits are on their way to you, we will notify you immediately, and you will receive your tracking number by email.

To compensate for this inconvenience, everyone who has placed or will place an order in December or January will receive a $90 discount promo code. This code can be used to purchase MySat Strato – a kit for launching MySat into the stratosphere up to an altitude of 30 km.
The Strato kit includes a weather balloon, parachute, launch and flight-tracking electronics, as well as detailed instructions on how to calculate the flight trajectory and obtain launch permission in your country.

In addition, this promo code can also be used to pay for new MySat add-ons that we plan to release this year.
