MySat shipping update and thank you for your patience

Dear MySat Friends,

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your orders. We understand that the wait may have caused inconvenience, and we truly regret that you had to wait longer than expected. Thank you very much for your patience and support during this time.

We are happy to inform you that all logistical issues have now been resolved. Shipping has fully resumed, orders are being dispatched, and the first customers have already received their MySat kits.

We expect to fulfill all orders placed in December and January within the next two weeks. If you do not receive a tracking number within this time, please be sure to contact us – we will immediately check the status of your shipment.

Please note a small update to the kit: the RF module now comes pre-installed, so there is no need to mount it yourself. If your manual includes a step for installing the RF module onto Board B, you can safely skip that step.

As a thank you for your understanding – and as an apology for the delay – all customers who placed orders in December and January will receive a coupon for 25% off our upcoming MySat Strato kit for stratospheric launches. Alternatively, the coupon can be used to receive $90 off new MySat add-ons.

The MySat Kit is an educational STEM kit designed in the form of a real satellite, with functionality similar to actual spacecraft systems. It was created to help people without specialized training – including school students, university students, and space enthusiasts – learn how satellites and space technologies work.
